I send out queries to several ID companies after received notification from HDB that my 2 room flexi would be ready in 2 months time. Only Roomakers responded. After meeting ID Xavier for a few sessions, I decided to engage Roomakers and Xavier as my ID due to his sincerity as well as Roomakers’ designs matched my own plan desire for my flat.
I already have some ideas on how my flat’s interior theme going to be but lacking of time to find contractors and monitor the whole process myself, I hope by engaging Roomakers, their professionalism can help me to make my dream home come true.
It was my luck that Xavier is very responsive, reliable and committed. He is able to listen and offer many suggestions and solutions to improve my plan for my house. Although naturally there are hiccup here and there and sometimes certain work processes seems to be beyond my control and liking, however, Xavier is able to make the necessary and prompt rectification so the final result is still very much to my satisfaction.
I was in no hurry to rush the work but Xavier manage to follow through start to finish and complete the assignment within the time frame he proposed. I am pleased with his work and commitment.

Engaged Xavier for a minor reno project on my current house to do up the stairs, kitchen and bathroom.
First thing that struck me about Xavier was how easy it is to communicate with him. Despite it being a smaller project, he showed enthusiasm in his ideas and was always prompt with his replies.
As with any reno projects, there are bound to be hiccups and I liked how he was proactive in updating promptly on any issues and proposed solutions.
Would strongly recommend Xavier if you want a responsible, creative ID with a strong work ethic.

Xavier was very helpful and supported us with all the necessary paperwork by liaising with the building management and relevant authorities for permits etc.
He is also meticulous in his design and helped us to achieve a minimalistic yet modern look for our office. Elements that Xavier used in his design include a large mirror that expanded the feel of our office, a pool table that can be converted into a meeting table as well, bright lights at the work area for better focus and productivity, a beautiful wall divider that also serves as a backdrop for our Zoom meetings

Scope of work: Relocation of wall to make room bigger, built in carpentry for kitchen, new doors and repainting works.
From the get-go, Xavier was earnest, worked fast and was very professional in settling all the pre-reno items including material selection and schedule of works. The actual work commenced with a minor hiccup regarding door positioning, but Xavier was prompt in providing multiple solutions to remedy the problem. We are very impressed with the workmanship and quality of the items provided. His team of contractors were professional, worked fast and were also very accommodating to our last minute requests.
Xavier was able to keep within our budget, and was able to expedite the entire renovation process to finish in around 2/3 of the proposed time.

I came across Xavier from word of mouth and shared with him that I have already searched high and low across many ID firms. He took out an excel sheet and did a side by side comparison for all the other firms and showed that he could do it at a more affordable cost. I engaged with him on that night and never regretted it.
Xavier was always prompt in his replies and it was very easy for me to communicate with him. Whenever there are hiccups, he is extremely proactive in finding solutions and giving the pros and cons to each solution. He always made me feel assured that no problem is too big to handle; he is always around to provide solutions and that sense of security would make me engage him when my next house comes around.

I am glad to have met Xavier who took me through the entire renovation process with professionalism and commitment. What made me choose to engage his services was the sincerity, fast response and openness in designing and ideas.
His proposals were practical and good. His response on the job and constant updates on the progress of my renovation made me felt at ease to leave him to do what's best for the house.
Coupled with the fact that he was also willing to work with new materials and coordinated the work flow really well. In fact I trusted him such that I was able to take the week away for an overseas trip during midst of renovations and he continued to keep me updated all the way through.
Finally he was able to deliver my renovated home ahead in advance, which gave me ample time to prepare for house for my move over. The end product was of good quality and tastefully designed which met my needs and is something that I like.
If there is another opportunity to renovate a home again, i will definitely consider Xavier as my ID.

Our house is worn out and old, thus we needed a complete transformation. However, we were on a tight budget. Xavier (ID) saw our needs and brought up numerous ideas to save costs. During the initial planning stage, it was tricky as there were many factors that come into play. Costs, design and functionality.
Xavier displayed his professionalism in handling the whole project smoothly. He is always updating us on the progress, giving us that assurance and confidence that the process is all in good hands. He is approachable and always open to our ideas, creating a close relationship between us and him! We even went to Malaysia together for a “business trip” sourcing for electrical appliances and furniture. It was a really pleasant experience working with Xavier and Jubilee. Our family loves the design of the whole house, and achieve the transformation that we had always dreamed of. Although the renovation was a major overhaul, it was completed within 2 months which was quicker than expected.

Xavier came down to my place to do inspection the next day after i contacted him, action is really fast and received the quotation very fast too, communication is smooth and his advice is professional. We decided to choose him because of his sincerity and efficiency.

Though we did not assign him to do the whole renovation works, as our main contractor, his team and him have been assisting us with all necessary applications and communications with the condo management which was one of our main obstacle and concern. Fast response, good customer service and went extra miles for assisting us.
Renovation work is really troublesome especially when you are facing a tough management, Xavier made our procedure much easier by dealing with it very professionally. Will definitely find him again in future if there is a need.​

We met Xavier through the company he is working with. To be honest, the whole experience hasn’t been good, as the work was all messed up by the workers. Luckily, we had Xavier as our ID. He is so responsible that we even thought he was the boss. Despite the ongoing issues caused by the workers hired by the company, Xavier helped us resolve everything, even when it required multiple attempts.
